• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of service delivery or project commencement, whichever is applicable, unless stated otherwise in the service agreement.
• No refund will be provided for services that have been fully delivered or where milestones have been achieved as agreed upon in the contract.

2. Non-Refundable Services

• Due to the nature of digital marketing, some services are non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to, SEO services, social media marketing campaigns, Google Ads, and PPC campaigns once they have been executed.
• Website design and development fees are non-refundable once the design and development process has begun, and initial concepts have been approved.

3. Refund Process

• To request a refund, please contact us at info@vmash.in with your name, service details, and reason for the refund request.
• All refund requests will be reviewed, and you will receive a response within 7 business days.
• If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days, using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.

4. Partial Refunds

• In some cases, partial refunds may be issued based on the amount of work completed up to the point of the refund request.
• Partial refunds will be calculated proportionally based on the services rendered up to the date of the request.

5. Cancellations

• You may cancel your service at any time by notifying us in writing. However, any fees paid up to the date of cancellation will not be refunded unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
